June, July, August, the first 2 weeks of September  -  100 Euros/night, min. 7 days, from Sunday to Sunday 

May, third and fourth week of September  -  85 Euros/night, min. 7 days, from Sunday to Sunday 

October-April  -  70 Euros/night, min. 3 days 


Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter  -   100 Euro/night, min. 3 days  


The booking will be activated after the payment, otherwise it will be canceled after 3 days.

  Refund is possible in case of a cancellation at least 30 days before the arrival date. Afterwards refund is not possible.

The Sunday arrival and departure days were chosen to avoid congestion caused by the usual Saturday shift change.

The apartment is convenient for 2 persons, at most with 1 children.  The price is for the whole apartment.

Piped water does not exist in this part of the village. The water in the house is from our water tank.  Although there is a water purifier, the water is not drinkwater quality!  Please use mineral water for drinking and for cooking.


We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs, please let us know in advance.

We provide a free parking possibility.

  Please respect that this is a non-smoking apartment. 

One of the main appeals of the place is the quiet and tranquil surroundings. In order to preserve this, it is prohibited to hold events that cause noise.
